Hutton's Vireo

Photographed in Ramsey Canyon Preserve Southeast Arizona. Common in woodlands of California, Southeast Arizona, and Central Mexico. 

Say's Phoebe

Year round residents to Southern Arizona and New Mexico. Migrates north throughout much of the western half of the United States into Canada for breeding. Can be seen perching on fences, houses, and boulders.

Blue-grey Gnatcatcher

Photographed in Southeast Arizona.  They are residents of Southern Arizona and Mexico, migrating throughout much of the United States for breeding.

Vermillion Flycatcher

Photographed in the San Pedro Riparian area of Southeast Arizona. Resident of Southern Arizona, Texas, and Mexico.  Generally found along streams and small ponds. 

Ash-throated Flycatcher

Resident of Southern Arizona, migrates to Southwest United States for breeding.  They eat small bugs and berries, can be seen hawking bugs from the sky.

Bushtit

Common in woodlands, they are resident to much of the Western United States down into Central Mexico.  They eat seeds, fruits, and bugs.

Tufted Flycatcher

Photographed in Ramsey Canyon Preserve, Southeast Arizona.  Sightings in the United States are rare, with the primary residents being Central Mexico.

Black Phoebe

Photographed in Ramsey Canyon Preserve, Southeast Arizona.  Common near water, located in the Western United States.

Sulphur-bellied Flycatcher

Photographed in Ramsey Canyon Preserve, Southeast Arizona.  Common in woodlands of mountain canyons, found primarily in Southeast Arizona and Mexico, the Sulphur-bellied migrates to Arizona in the spring for breeding.

Brown-crested Flycatcher

Photographed in Southeast Arizona.  Fairly common in Saguaro Desert, river groves, lower mountain woodlands. Migrant to South Arizona and Texas from Mexico.

Cordilleran Flycatcher

Photographed in Southeast Arizona.  Breeds in coniferous forests and canyons in mountains of the west.

Western Wood-pewee

Photographed in Southeast Arizona.  Common in open woodlands throughout the Western United States.

Dusky Capped Flycatcher

Photographed in Southeast Arizona.  Common in wooded mountain ranges of Southern Arizona
